2 Chronicles 2:27,28


All the men of Judah and Jerusalem follow Jehoshaphat, their uncompromising leader, in their homecoming.  Imagine the irresistible, joyful testimonies they would tell!  The current events in our world do not make for many joyful moments.  Nonetheless, we will get through this, we will have church again and it will be joyful.  


Joyful March Home 

Then, led by Jehoshaphat, all the men of Judah and 

Jerusalem returned joyfully to Jerusalem, . . . 


Joyful Defeat of the Enemy

. . . for the Lord had given them cause to rejoice over their enemies. 


Joyful Praise in the Temple

They entered Jerusalem and went to the temple 

of the Lord with harps and lyres and trumpets.


Paul’s words to the Roman believers are a great reminder of the joy we have in Jesus.  May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.   Romans 15:13
